What's new?

The New Candidate List now supports selecting all records for Add to Tearsheet. Previously, only the results from a single page could be selected. With this enhancement, you can now add up to 2,000 search results to a tearsheet in one action. Note: If the search results include more than 2,000 records, only the first 2,000 will be added to the tearsheet. This is the same functionality as in the legacy Candidate List.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement streamlines the process of adding large volumes of records to tearsheets in bulk. As a result, recruiters and sales teams can efficiently create the tearsheets they need to support their operations.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
